Made famous by Catalan architect, who brought back the use of mosaics in some of his most iconic creations – the mosaic teambuilding is a creative, collaborative activity where groups work together – as either one large team with smaller sub teams or a more chaotic but equally formididable combination to create a large, unified mosaic artwork or story board from individual, small and random pieces.

Mosaic: You will initially receive instruction on how to create a mosaic, including design concepts, laying techniques and use of tools. We can provide different materials such as ceramic tiles, glass, coloured stones and other decorative parts.

What skills are developed?

Creating a mosaic requires careful planning and a good team coordination. Communication and cooperation are essential to decide the design, select materials, divide tasks and reach a final wonderful work of art. This encourages mutual trust, careful listening and management of the team’s resources.
