The Madrid Sierra has several resorts that offer great pistes and spaces for a winter day away from the city.

Cold and snow might not have the same appeal as summertime fun for team building, but work certainly doesn’t stop just because there is snow outside, and that means your employees will still need to get to know each other. If the snow is coming down outside, then you need some perfect team building activities that will embrace it.

Our team-building starts on arrival with a good old fashioned team snowball fight. Then onto the slopes as whether novice or experienced we put together a day on the slopes for snowball and skiing fun.

Minibus or coach transfers to the resort are included as well as event coordinators and monitors.
