As days get shorter and we settle in to the long winter nights its time to think ahead for the end of year team party.
Part reward and part celebration its an important milestone in any team calendar a chance to unwind with colleagues and enjoy the company of those that we have spent so much of our time with before we head home to enjoy our family time.
Like all years Madrid has a particular challenge being the 6th and 8th December are bank holidays so many colleagues take the week off if they can which reduces the number of available dates for the Xmas office doo!
